Event pogram
- The day of the event consists of three stages of various practices and mastery workshops.
- At the beginning of each phase, the facilitators present their practices and the values they create.
- Participants choose one of the practices presented in stages 4-6.
- Each practice involves 5-8 participants and a leader.
- The facilitator thoroughly introduces the game/practice process and helps the participants throughout. Therefore, participants do not need to know or pay anything in advance.
- At the end of one stage, a break is taken and preparations are made for a new stage, the presentation and participation of which is analogous to the first.
