      3. The right to demand that your personal data be deleted when the Controller no longer needs to store such data ("right to be forgotten").
      4. The right to restrict data processing when you dispute the accuracy of the data, the processing is illegal and you do not agree to the deletion of the data, we no longer need the data for the purposes of processing them, but we need them to assert or fulfill legal claims, or if you object to the data processing, we need time to check, whether the legitimate reasons for the processing are superior to the reasons specified by you.
      5. The right to request to provide you with your personal data and, if possible, to transfer this data directly to another data controller.
      6. The right to withdraw your consent to process personal data at any time, when data processing is based on your consent or the existence of a legitimate interest.
      7. The right to object to the processing of your personal data.

The right to submit a complaint to the relevant data protection service according to the address of your place of residence or workplace, as well as according to the Controller's place of data processing, which is the Republic of Lithuania, or the place of the violation. In Lithuania, this service is the State Personal Data Protection Inspectorate.
      9. You have the right to request that we stop using your personal information for marketing purposes at any time.
      10. You have the right to object to a decision based solely on automated data processing, including profiling, that would have legal consequences for you or that would have a significant impact on you.

  6. THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS/SERVICES

      1. In order for the Manager to deliver the goods you ordered, he uses third parties - couriers who provide goods delivery services. For the purpose of delivering the goods, the Manager transfers the following personal data to the couriers: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address. postal address and delivery address of goods.
      2. In order to make payments for your submitted orders, you use payment services provided by third parties and provide data to the relevant payment service providers. After making the payments, the Manager receives only information confirming the completion of your payment.
      3. In order to send you newsletters, we use a professional third-party newsletter sending platform.
    2. Our Privacy Policy applies only when you use our e-store. If you leave our e-store you will be redirected to third-party services, such as the payment section, our Privacy Policy will no longer apply and will not apply to you.
    3. We are in no way responsible for the content of third party websites or apps.

    3. If the dispute were to go to court, the laws of the Republic of Lithuania would apply, and the dispute would be examined by a competent court of the Republic of Lithuania.
